Troubleseekers

In trouble? Perfect.
What if you don’t try to solve your problem?
What if you let it exist for a while?
What if it’s exactly what you need?
TroubleSeekers doesn’t push problems aside.
We switch them on.

Troubleseekers is een manier van kijken

A way of thinking.

A way of working. We use problems as a starting point—not to fix them, but to discover what they set in motion. Because behind many problems there isn’t a solution, but a direction. Desire. Ambition. Possibility.

No step-by-step plan. No formula for success. Just movement.

What we do
– We don’t solve your problem
– We don’t promise quick wins
– We don’t give ready-made answers

Promise.

What can emerge
– new perspectives
– ownership
– imagination
– energy
– direction

And occasionally something that makes you think afterward:

How could we ever have come up with this without this problem?

How does it work?

You start with one thing:
your problem.
You write it down.
look at it,
turn it around,
let it be a little uncomfortable.
And then something happens.
Not immediately.
But it does happen.
Sometimes a problem turns out not to be a problem at all.
Sometimes it’s a limitation that you shape.
Sometimes it opens up a world that would never have existed without this mess.

TroubleSeekers appears as:
– workshop
– intervention
– experiment
– tool

Always temporary.
Always context-dependent.
Never standard.

We’ve done this before

Sometimes it starts with a limitation. And ends with something that didn’t exist before.

– A workshop Body Language, led by a deaf trainer
– A music festival for the deaf, born from the question: what if sound wasn’t the starting point?

These projects weren’t solutions. They were the result of daring to stay with the problem.

For whom??

For people and organizations who feel:
this challenge is too complex for a simple solution.

For those who are curious.
And courageous.

What is your problem?

Write it down.

It might just set something in motion. See what problems can be.

Ronald can tell you all about TroubleSeekers and is always open to new ideas.
(Don’t worry. We won’t solve anything.)
