Possibilize connects, inspires, and activates people to think and act in possibilities, no matter the situation. We do this by creating innovative projects where limitations serve as a source of inspiration. Possibilize acts as a platform that empowers ambitious project leaders to organize groundbreaking initiatives, such as Sencity—an international, multisensory music event for deaf, hard-of-hearing, and hearing audiences. Young people, both with and without disabilities, are involved in all aspects and at all levels of project organization.

Where you’ll be thrown into the deep end, but in a safe environment? Possibilize combines cool events with social impact, driven by an entrepreneurial mindset. If you’re interested, let us know and we’ll sit down together to explore your ambitions and the areas in which you’d like to grow. From marketing to production to concept development, there’s plenty waiting to be shaped or implemented.
Examples of previous internships
– Concept development: brainstorming the content of a night program, with artists, decor and sensory elements
– Event production: being part of the event organization team and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes (or maybe even on stage?)
– Marketing: designing and/or executing a social media strategy: coming up with fun campaigns, implementing them, and measuring their impact
– Policy & funding: contributing to fundraising efforts and learning how event financing is secured
